Works today means it works in Holdbeep now (in your dashboard and in browser voice tests). Needs phone or calendar setup works in the app but reaches real customers only after a phone line or calendar is connected and proved; Holdbeep has not verified a real phone call yet. In development is being built. Coming soon is planned and depends on something not ready yet, such as an email provider.

Included minutes are shared by browser tests and phone calls and renew with each billing period. There are no overage charges. Taxes are shown at checkout. Telephone number and carrier costs are not part of the price yet and will be disclosed before phone answering is offered. Plus and Business prices are planned and not final.

How does Holdbeep work?

Enter your business website (or describe your business, or upload a document). Beepy shows what it found, and when you create a free account you meet the receptionist prepared for you and can talk to it in your browser. Only the information you review and approve is used with customers.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Beepy introduces itself as an AI assistant and never pretends to be a person.

What if Beepy doesn't know the answer?

Beepy only answers from information you approve and says so when it doesn't know. Anything urgent, sensitive or unanswered becomes a callback request waiting for you in your dashboard.

What does Holdbeep cost?

Starter is $19.99 a month and includes 60 minutes of Beepy conversation per billing period. There is no overage charge and no contract: if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your usage is always visible in Billing.

Does Beepy answer my real phone line yet?

Not yet. Today you can set up your business, test Beepy by voice in your browser and manage your account. Phone answering and Google or Outlook calendar sync are still being connected, and we will tell you before they start rather than switch them on quietly.

Can I record calls?

Holdbeep does not record calls or keep transcripts. It keeps only the facts you need: when someone called, how long it lasted, the outcome and the last four digits of the number.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your business belongs to you. An owner can close and delete the business at any time, and anyone can delete their own login. Invoice records are kept for 7 years because accounting law requires it. Details are in Settings under Security & Account.

Is Beepy right for emergencies?

No. Beepy is built for appointment-based businesses such as salons, clinics, studios and home services. It gives no medical or legal advice and should never be the only way to reach you in an emergency.
